Brady to Call Patriots-Packers Game at Gillette Stadium

Tom Brady will return to Gillette Stadium on November 8 as Fox’s lead color commentator for the Patriots-Packers game, his first time calling a New England matchup.
Published November 2, 2026. Tom Brady is set to return to Foxborough on November 8, this time as a broadcaster rather than a player. He will call the Patriots’ game against the Green Bay Packers, marking his first New England game in Fox’s lead NFL broadcast role.
Brady will work alongside play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt. Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi will report from the sidelines. Fox Sports previewed his return in a social media video featuring highlights from Brady’s 20 seasons with the Patriots, during which the team reached nine Super Bowls and won six championships.
The matchup brings together two teams with 5-3 records: New England, led by quarterback Drake Maye, and Green Bay, led by Jordan Love. Brady has praised Maye’s response to a difficult start to the 2026 season, pointing to the young quarterback’s resilience and the team’s work to find its strengths.
Brady drew criticism from some Patriots fans after saying he had no preference between New England and Seattle in Super Bowl LX. His return comes during a weekend that will also celebrate former teammate Rob Gronkowski, who is scheduled to enter the Patriots Hall of Fame on November 7.
Brady and Gronkowski connected for 90 touchdowns across nine seasons together, the second-highest total for an NFL quarterback-receiver pairing. Only Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison, with 112, have more; Brady and Gronkowski lead among quarterback-tight end duos.
Players: Jordan Love, Marvin Harrison Jr., Drake Maye
