Ravens Urged to Trade Henry, Stanley and Campbell

A November 3, 2026, trade-deadline proposal urges the Baltimore Ravens to move several veterans and begin reshaping the roster.
The Baltimore Ravens should trade running back Derrick Henry, left tackle Ronnie Stanley and defensive lineman Calais Campbell before the NFL trade deadline, a proposed roster plan argues. It portrays the team as a rebuilding club rather than a contender and says the front office should start making changes for the future.
Henry, 32, is in the final year of his deal. The proposal says Baltimore should seek a mid-round pick for him rather than have him carry a heavy workload on a team it considers out of contention. It names Adam Randall and Rasheen Ali as possible successors, while also suggesting the team look for help through waivers or its practice squad.
Stanley is described as no longer playing at a high level, but his experience could make him attractive as a short-term addition for another team. The plan identifies Carson Vinson as the next option at left tackle and says he should have a chance to prove himself before the draft.
Campbell, who is 40, is also put forward as a trade candidate. The proposal says the veteran could contribute to a functioning defense and should be allowed to choose a destination if he wants a chance to win a championship.
More broadly, the plan calls for at least three salary dumps and argues that Baltimore should use the remaining season to evaluate its draft picks and rookies. The deadline is described as the immediate opportunity to begin that roster overhaul.
