Vikings Sign Tackle Corey Robinson II Before Bills Game
The Minnesota Vikings signed offensive tackle Corey Robinson II on November 4, adding line depth before their primetime home matchup with the Buffalo Bills.
Minnesota added offensive tackle Corey Robinson II on November 4, bringing in the former Arkansas player after a workout. The signing comes before the Vikings host Buffalo in a primetime matchup between teams that are both 6-1. Minnesota is coming off its first loss, 19-15 to Detroit, while the Bills beat Baltimore 36-10.
Robinson, 6-foot-5 and 311 pounds, started all 12 games for Arkansas in 2025 and earned a spot on the All-SEC preseason third team. In the previous season, while at Georgia Tech, he earned a 91.2 mark in pass protection, according to Pro Football Focus, better than any Power Four lineman and fourth-best nationally.
He went undrafted in 2026 and joined the Cincinnati Bengals, but has not played in a game this season. Minnesota’s signing adds depth after the team released guard Trevor Keegan and lost starting left guard Donovan Jackson for the season with a torn meniscus.
The Vikings’ upcoming schedule includes a November 15 trip to Green Bay and a November 22 game against San Francisco in Mexico City, followed by home games against Atlanta and Carolina. The added line depth could help Minnesota through that run. The matchup with Buffalo pits the league’s top-scoring offense, averaging 33.3 points per game, against a Vikings defense allowing a league-low 13.3 points per game.
