Vikings reportedly move on from offensive lineman Trevor Keegan
On November 3, Minnesota was reported to be parting ways with Trevor Keegan before its Week 9 matchup with Buffalo.
The Minnesota Vikings are reportedly ending their brief run with offensive lineman Trevor Keegan, ahead of a Week 9 Monday night game against the Buffalo Bills. The move comes after Minnesota’s first loss of the season, to the Detroit Lions in Week 8.
Keegan, 26, was a fifth-round pick by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2024 after playing college football at Michigan. He appeared in 43 games for the Wolverines from 2020 through 2023 and was part of the team that won a national championship in his senior season. With Philadelphia, he played 40 snaps in one game during his rookie year and later earned a Super Bowl ring when the Eagles beat the Kansas City Chiefs.
He joined the Dallas Cowboys afterward, playing in two games during the 2025 season. Minnesota claimed him off waivers from Dallas in September, and he took part in the Vikings’ first seven games this season. Across 10 NFL appearances, Keegan has logged 91 snaps, including 47 on special teams, without committing a penalty.
